Sometimes I think about how much we humans love our comfort zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the comfort zone, we know what will happen. There are no surprises. But that is exactly why rarely anything new happens there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I notice this again and again in sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I train, there always comes a moment when my body says: That\u2019s enough. The muscles burn. The pulse is high. The mind starts looking for excuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That is exactly where the interesting part begins.The decision to take one more step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every time I cross that point, something memorable happens. The boundary shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What felt exhausting yesterday becomes normal today. And suddenly you realize that you have become stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only physically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But mentally as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perhaps that is exactly why the dynamic between dominance and devotion fascinates me so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many people who come to see me bring their own comfort zone with them. Their habits. Their control. Their roles from everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A session often means leaving that safe space for a moment. Not blindly. Not without trust. But consciously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The moment someone allows themselves to step into that is something special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A tension appears. A small hesitation. A brief glance. And then the step beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For me the these moments are wonderful. Not because it is about overwhelming someone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But because that is where something real begins to emerge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes I believe that this is exactly why people seek out such experiences. Because beyond the comfort zone, things become possible that have no place in everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perhaps that is also the reason why I keep searching for my own limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And in the way I live my dominance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The comfort zone is a pleasant place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But the truly interesting things usually begin the moment we leave it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
